Day 209

The latter part of this week, the weather has started to co-operate a little. When Bill arrived just after 4:00 on Friday, Karen was just starting to take the tent trailer down - it's finally dry!!

Lots to see this time. The plumber has finished the basement rough-ins and everything is where it should be.

The HVAC has started - the fan coils for the forced air are hung in the basement and upstairs, the cut-outs for heating vents and cold air returns are all complete.

Greg was just finishing the mantle as Bill started taking pictures so we get the before and after trimming - they had been waiting for Karen to approve the length. The fireplace chase is complete, inside and out.

The master bedroom is completely framed with all its interior walls. Mark, Sean and Sean's nephew have started putting the siding on the garage. Notice how much the house has darkened in just six months!
