Friday May 5, 2006 - Cinco de Mayo - a gloriously warm day. Karen made her usual Friday afternoon trek, taking coffee along as she does. Bill took the opportunity to ride out on his bike, but traffic being traffic, he arrived much later than planned. Mike and Marie-Claude were looking the place over with Karen when Bill arrived.

The roof is done, save for three pieces of fascia board at the back. Several windows are roughed. You can see the detail that Mark is adding in photo #6.
Looking at what the boys had framed Karen uncovered issues which precipitated a bit of a review between Karen, Greg and Mark. All of the windows have a rough opening that is different than what the design calls for, but several are significantly smaller. After some extensive review, we have identified a couple that were clearly mistakes and a couple more that leave just too much trim required.
