Day 100

Bill went out on Saturday with good friend Garrett Gregorashchuk. It was a glorious day, +9 degrees and sunny, and a good time was had ...but... Bill forgot the camera. And much had changed. So Bill snuck away early on Monday to get some pictures of the changes. He had a great talk with Mark, the framer, and we now have an even greater appreciation for how much this IS NOT a kit.

The garage roof is 75% complete on the shingles, and the facia board is up all around. The electrical rough-in in the garage is complete, except for the one wall that is not yet built. The roof joists have started going up on the guest wing and the roofing over the back entrance is framed. They are fiddling with the last couple of interlocking logs surrounding the great room before they can go to town on both those gables.
